All cancellation requests must be sent in email to aloha@nomadher.com. The date of the cancellation request is the date when the email is received.

Meetup Refund Policy

• Cancellations requested up to 3 days before the event: Full refund i.e.) If the meetup takes place on Nov 11th, you would be eligible for a full refund up until Nov 8th.

• Subsequent requests until a day before the event: 50% refund

• Cancellation and refund requests made on the day of the event: No Refund

*Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the date of refund request.

Travel Camp Refund Policy

• Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the event: Full refund
• i.e.) If the trip takes place on Nov 30th, you would be eligible for a full refund up until Oct 31st.

• Cancellation requested between 30 and 15 days before the event: 50% refund
• i.e) if the trip takes place on Nov 30th, you would be eligible for a 50% refund until Nov 15th.

• Subsequent requests less than 14 days before the event: No refund

*Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the date of refund request.

If circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, civil strikes, or other unforeseen events, prevent us from proceeding with the travel camp, we will provide a full refund of the payment made through the app.
