The third day of the NomadHer Festival, “She Can DREAM Anywhere,” brought with it a renewed sense of purpose and excitement as participants reflected on the transformative experiences of the past two days. By the afternoon, the focus shifted toward storytelling and meaningful connections, celebrating the power of women’s dreams and the incredible journeys that shape them.
The day opened with the She Leads, She Inspires talk show, an empowering session that featured two remarkable speakers who shared their unique perspectives on leadership, resilience, and personal growth.
Jihye Sharon So, the Corporate Affairs & Engagement Director and Sustainability Leader for L’Oréal Korea, shared her insights on navigating leadership as a multicultural woman in the corporate world.
She highlighted how challenges, when embraced, can serve as stepping stones for growth and how using one’s platform can create opportunities to uplift others. Her reflections on L’Oréal’s global vision to support and empower women resonated deeply with the audience, offering a perspective on leadership that prioritizes inclusion, purpose, and impact.
Following her, Jasmine Park, a wellness coach and advocate for mental fitness, shared a deeply personal story of self-discovery and resilience.
As the daughter of a legendary Korean singer, she reflected on the pressures of public expectations and how they shaped her understanding of identity and purpose. From a career at Microsoft to becoming a wellness entrepreneur, Jasmine’s journey highlighted the strength found in vulnerability and the transformative power of embracing one’s authentic self.
The session was filled with inspiration as both speakers shared their journeys of overcoming obstacles, finding purpose, and redefining success on their own terms. Their stories encouraged the audience to reflect on their own paths, offering valuable lessons about courage, growth, and the power of self-belief.
The talk show set the tone for the rest of the day, creating an atmosphere of empowerment and reflection. It reminded participants that leadership takes many forms and that every woman has the ability to lead—whether in a corporate setting, as an entrepreneur, or simply by staying true to her own dreams. The energy in the room was electric, as the stories of these two women left a lasting impression on all who attended.
The afternoon continued with the much-anticipated Her Story, Her Power session, where seven extraordinary NomadHers took the stage to share their journeys.
These women—Beatrice Baccarini, Joyce Gim, Selina Zade, Najma Amidou, Antje Hansow, Grace Eunhae Heo, and Anna Luzader—were carefully selected from over 220 applicants. Representing diverse fields, countries, and perspectives, they brought stories that celebrated resilience, creativity, and the transformative power of travel.
Each speaker brought her unique narrative to life, illustrating how challenges can be transformed into stepping stones and how bold dreams, no matter how ambitious, can be achieved. From breaking barriers in male-dominated industries to finding purpose through solo travel, these women showcased the limitless possibilities that unfold when we dare to dream.
The audience was captivated by their vulnerability and strength. They listened intently as the speakers shared moments of triumph and hardship, drawing inspiration and finding connections in the stories on stage. “I felt like I was hearing pieces of my own journey,” one participant shared. “It was a powerful reminder that no matter where we’re from, we’re all connected by our dreams and the strength to pursue them.”
The session fostered a palpable sense of sisterhood and unity. Women cheered for one another’s victories, laughed together, and found solace in shared struggles. It wasn’t just about listening—it was about engaging, connecting, and finding inspiration in one another’s experiences.
The energy in the room was electric, as these seven speakers reminded everyone of the strength we hold individually and the power we create collectively.
As the festival reached its final moments, the excitement of the lucky draw brought everyone together one last time.
This wasn’t just any draw—it was a celebration of engagement, participation, and the connections formed throughout the event. Every participant who visited the sponsorship booths, interacted with the festival activities, and contributed their energy to the community had placed their name cards in the lucky draw box.
The NomadHer team, along with dedicated volunteers, carefully picked each winner from the box, heightening the anticipation with every name called. The room was filled with laughter and cheers as prizes, ranging from travel essentials to inspiring giveaways, were handed out. The lucky draw wasn’t just about the prizes—it was a reflection of the festival’s collaborative spirit. Each winner represented the collective joy of participation, and every cheer reminded attendees of the unity and camaraderie that defined the event.
For many, the draw became a symbolic conclusion to their active engagement throughout the festival. It was a moment to celebrate not just individual wins but the shared experiences that had made the past three days so memorable.
As the lucky draw wrapped up, farewells began. Hugs, smiles, and promises to stay connected filled the space, with participants exchanging contact details and reliving their favorite moments from the festival.
The NomadHer Festival concluded not with an end, but with a new beginning. Attendees left with the knowledge that they were part of a global sisterhood, strengthened by their shared stories and experiences. The lucky draw was the perfect final touch—a celebration of the bonds formed and the inspiration to carry forward the spirit of NomadHer into their journeys ahead.
