Hyojeong is the CEO/Founder of NomadHer, the leading platform for solo female travelers, with a mission to empower women through travel. NomadHer won the grand championship awarded by UNWTO as the most innovative travel startup for women's empowerment out of 2,000 startups worldwide in 2023. NomadHer encourages solo female travelers to ensure their safety while connecting with other female travelers during their voyages. Hyojeong started NomadHer based on her own experience of traveling to 60 countries solo, including a Trans-Siberian journey from Paris to South Korea, crossing over 15 countries.
