Aloha NomadHers,
Do you know What happened on our first online picnic of the year?
If you have been following us lately, you know that we organized an event where we shared our first experiences Out of Our #comfortzone.
And guess what?
February 3rd 2021 is a date worth saving and commemorating in our calendars.
Do you know why?
It’s because strong brave beautiful women shared their heartwarming stories, coming from all over the world, South Korea, Morocco, USA, Sweden, Ukraine and France.
We all had one thing in common: We made that first step out of their comfort zone and they want to inspire others to do so.
We talked about the struggles we faced and the hurdles we overcame. Like traveling solo for the first time to another country where we do not speak the language, overcoming public transportation fears, talking in front of the camera, or expressing ourselves through our bodies.
These brave women showed us that although the first step may be the hardest, what follows is discovering a world full of possibilities.
What really got to all of us and warmed our hearts was the kindness of support we all had for each other, you could see the love and support pouring out of everyone present.
We Talked, we Laughed, we Cried, we BONDED.
That’s how you know that you found your people. That’s when you realize that you are part of a community where you can be heard and have women backing you up and cheering you on every step of the way.
Stepping out of our comfort zone isn’t always easy, but with enough willingness, courage and support.
YOU CAN DO IT!
We applaud you, we congratulate you and we thank you for your courage.
Your stories inspired us and will continue inspiring others.
